Anti-Sp-100 antibodies showed a similar frequency in all samples presenting any definite nuclear fluorescence in the ANA-HEp-2 test [PBC: 23 of 53 (43.4 %); PBC/AID: 12 of 24 (50 %); BN: 13 of 30 (43.3 %); and BN/AID: 4 of 10 (40 %)] (p = 0.808). Here, SP100 is linked to primary biliary cholangitis.
