ABCC2 and neoplasm: Higher histological grade (P < 0.001), advanced pathological T stage (P < 0.001), the presence of nodal (P = 0.034) and distant (P = 0.028) metastases, advanced TNM stage (P < 0.001), local recurrence (P < 0.001), the presence of lymphatic (P < 0.001) and vascular (P = 0.005) invasions, perineural invasion (P = 0.002), tumor involvement of resection margin (P = 0.013), and positive MRP2 expression (P = 0.011) were significant risk factors affecting overall survival of patients with GBCA (Table 2).
