To investigate the in vivo mechanism of curcumin in the acute GVHD murine model, the numbers of CD4+IFN-γ+, CD4+IL-4+, CD4+IL-17+, and CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T cells in spleens isolated from each group were counted using confocal staining. Here, FOXP3 is linked to graft versus host disease.
