In this study, we evaluated the anti-cancer effect of green tea polyphenols including (−)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), (−)-epigallocatechin (EGC), (−)-epicatechin-3-gallate (ECG), and (+)-Catechin (C) in a group of AML cell lines harboring FLT3 mutation. Here, FLT3 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
