Using a log-additive model, several SNPs in CYP24A1 (rs4809958, rs6013905, and rs6127119) and CYP2R1 (rs10741657, rs12794714, and rs2060793) and one SNP in both CASR (rs3804592) and LRP2 (rs3944004) were associated with significant alterations in pancreas cancer risk (Table 3); the unadjusted p-values for these associations ranged from 0.011 to 0.050.
