With a specificity of 80%, the sensitivities for predicting PCa vs. non-PCa were 83% with a tPSA cutoff value of 19.0 ng/mL in men ≤60 years old; 71% with tPSA cutoff value of 21.0 ng/mL in men 61 to 80 years old; and 68% with PSA value of 23.0 ng/mL in men ≥81 years old (Figure 1). The gene discussed is KLK3; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
