Univariate analysis demonstrated that FIGO stage III–IV (p = 0.002; log-rank test), patient age (>60 years; p = 0.049; log-rank test), residual tumor ≥1 cm (p < 0.0001; log-rank test), and MAPK1 amplification (p = 0.0098; log-rank test) correlated with shorter progression-free survival.
