GGTLC1 and testicular germ cell tumor: To the best of our knowledge, the presence of cholestatic jaundice upon presentation, with high direct bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, and gamma glutamyl transpeptidase and normal ALT, was only reported once as an initial symptom secondary to metastasis to hepatic hilar lymph nodes which is very rare as usually nonseminomatous germ cell tumors of the testis metastasize to the retroperitoneal lymph nodes, lung, liver, and brain [3].
