GSK3B and influenza: Using an Ingenuity Core Pathway Analysis, the human embryonic stem cell pluripotency (p = 0.02), embryonic stem cell differentiation into cardiac lineages (p = 0.04), serotonin receptor signaling (p = 0.04), and role of Wnt/GSK-3β signaling in the pathogenesis of influenza (p = 0.05) pathways were enriched in CpG loci that had significantly higher methylation in YSTs compared with the other histologic types (q-value < 0.05, fold change > 1.0).
