CXCR4 and carcinoma of esophagus: The transwell results indicated that the numbers of penetrating cells transfected with CXCR4 siRNA1 and CXCR4 siRNA2 reduced significantly compared to negative control and blank control group, which showed CXCR4 silenced by siRNA could suppress the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma cell lines KYSE-150 and TE-13.
