ABO and Alzheimer disease: Even though various techniques have been used to measure CSF Aβo [26], [27], [28], [29], [30], [31], [32], and what was seen in our study, the results seem to remain the same with an increase of Aβo in AD and MCI-AD patients, although with a marked overlap to the controls, resulting in a too weak separation to be considered as a clinical biomarker at this stage.
