TUSC1 and lung carcinoma: In this study, we have developed a C-terminal peptide antibody specific to TUSC1 and stably transfected lung cancer cell lines (Nu6-1 and H290) in order to study TUSC1’s effect on cell growth of tumor cell lines with homozygous deletion of TUSC1 in vitro and tumor growth in vivo to characterize TUSC1’s potential tumor suppressing activity.
