TEAD1 has been implicated in tumor suppression and growth control and because the absence of TEAD1 binding sites is predictive of EWS-FLI binding in EWS502 cells, but not HUVEC cells, it is tempting to speculate that TEAD1-binding would disrupt EWS-FLI binding in EWS502 cells, but not in HUVEC cells.
