Interestingly, several genes dysregulated in both human and rat array datasets, although not yet evaluated in PAs, have been shown to play a role in other human malignancies, such as BUB1, BUB1B, GALNT12, GPC3, HMMR, KIF4, NR4A3, NUSAP1, PDE4B, PRC1 and thus warrant follow-up studies. This evidence concerns the gene KIF4A and gonorrhea.
