TP53 and leukemia: We used SHEP neuroblastoma cells (printed Figures 1, 2, 3, 4) and HCT116 colon cancer cells (Supplementary Figures S2, S4 and S5), both of which express functionally active p53 in wild-type conformation.23 Additionally, CEM T-ALL leukemia cells were included with mutant, but functionally active, p53 (Supplementary Figure S6)11, 18, 23, 24 and xenografted ALL leukemia samples (Figures 5 and 6 and Supplementary Figure S7).
