After depletion of endogenous DDX5, p24 production from wild-type HIV-1NL4-3 infection was reduced by 30% (Fig. 1F, top panel) and the p24 production of another type of HIV-1 clone (pNL4-3ΔEnv-GFP) was decreased by ∼72% (Fig. S1A, top panel). This evidence concerns the gene DDX5 and infection.
