EPHA4 and neoplasm: High expressions of EphA2, EphA4, and ephrinA1 were significantly associated with the depth of tumour invasion (T3-T4 versus T1-T2; p < 0.001, p < 0.001, and p = 0.001, respectively), lymph node metastasis (p = 0.001, p < 0.001, and p = 0.007, respectively), and tumour stage (III-IV versus I-II; p < 0.001, p < 0.001, and p = 0.001, respectively).
