GCG and congenital isolated hyperinsulinism: In backward stepwise logistic regression (R2 = 0.26, p = 0.01), maximum dose of diazoxide [Odds ratio (95% confidence intervals) 1.3 (1.1; 1.5), p = 0.03] and age at presentation <7 days [5.9 (1.3; 27.8), p = 0.02], but not other covariates, such as gender, birth weight, prematurity, genotype, glucagon use, or the incidence of focal CHI were positively correlated with abnormal neurodevelopment.
