In the past decade, a number of candidate dyslexia susceptibility genes (CDSGs) have been identified, three of which have garnered significant support in diverse populations, including DCDC2 and KIAA0319 on Chromosome (Chr) 6p22.2 [1]–[16] and DYX1C1 on Chr 15q21 [17]–[22]. Here, DNAAF4 is linked to dyslexia.
