Early systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a condition characterized by Raynaud's phenomenon (RP) associated with SSc marker autoantibodies (anti-Scl-70, anticentromere antibodies, anti-RNA polymerase III, anti-fibrillarin, anti-PmScl, and anti-Th/To) and/or nailfold videocapillaroscopy (NVC) findings typical of SSc (namely, megacapillaries and avascular areas - commonly referred to as an 'NVC scleroderma pattern'). Here, FBL is linked to systemic sclerosis.
