Genes up-regulated only in GCA were involved in cell cycle checkpoint regulation (eg, CCNB1, CCNB2, CCNE1, CDC25B, SFN), CXC chemokine (eg, CXCL1, CXCL10), and extracellular matrix (eg, MMP9, MMP11); while GCA-only down-regulated genes were associated with detoxification (eg, GPX3) and oncogenes (eg, FOS, JUN) (Table S3).
