Interestingly in BRCA2, the biologically uncharacterized sites Ser1923 and Thr3193 identified from a general mass spectrometry screen in prostate cancer cells [61] and non-small cell lung cancer from the CST research group [62]–[64] are also predicted to be phosphorylated by the CK2 kinases.
