To test whether the phosphorylation of Anxa2 at Tyr23 is important for the proliferation and invasion of breast cancer SK-BR-3 cells, we generated a panel of plasmids pEGFP-N3-Anxa2WT, pEGFP-N3-Anxa2Y23A, and pEGFP-N3-Anxa2Y23D (Figure 1). This evidence concerns the gene ANXA2 and breast cancer.
