Two significant tSNPs in the RTEL1 gene were observed to be associated with glioma risk at a 5% level (rs6010620, P = 0.0016, OR: 1.32, 95% CI: 1.11-1.56; rs2297440, P = 0.001, OR: 1.33, 95% CI: 1.12-1.58) by χ2 test. This evidence concerns the gene RTEL1 and glioma.
