To obtain significantly changed proteins related to diabetes, the 124 proteins were ranked based on the quantitative data and showed that four proteins including apolipoprotein A4 (apoA4), alpha1-antichymotrypsin (alpha-1-ACT), keratin 10, and hyaluronan-binding protein 2 (HABP2) had a significant difference (P < 0.05) between AA and CC groups. This evidence concerns the gene KRT10 and diabetes mellitus.
