In the current study, we confirm the importance of NFAT1’s involvement in cell motility; we assume it derives from its participation in PlGF-induced myelomonocytic cell recruitment, and the NFAT1 expression was significantly associated with differentiation, lymph node metastasis in the observed non-small lung cancer patients. The gene discussed is NFATC2; the disease is metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
