Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory, hyperproliferative dermatosis that, in addition to its anti-proliferative properties (Telek et al., 2007; Van Dross et al., 2012), might also profit from the well-recognized anti-inflammatory properties of CB1-mediated signaling (Sugawara et al., 2012; Wilkinson & Williamson, 2007). This evidence concerns the gene CNR1 and psoriasis.
