Here, DBA identified candidate rearrangements of RAF1 in lung cancer (DMS-153), pancreatic cancer (PL5), anaplastic astrocytoma (D538-MG), and osteosarcoma (CAL-72) (Figure 4A and Table S2), and candidate rearrangements of BRAF in gastric cancer (NCI-N87), breast cancer (HCC38), and glioblastoma (D397-MG) (Table S2). The gene discussed is RAF1; the disease is anaplastic astrocytoma.
