The results showed that in patients with triple-negative breast cancers, FOXF2 mRNA level was an independent prognostic factor for DFS prediction, and the risk of recurrence and metastasis in FOXF2low patients was 6.8-fold (95% CI = 1.467–31.287) higher than in FOXF2high patients (P = 0.014; Table 2). The gene discussed is FOXF2; the disease is triple-negative breast carcinoma.
