SRSF9 and neoplasm: To further confirm that SRSF9 gene is indeed over-expressed in tumour samples, we searched the oncomine cancer microarray database (http://www.oncomine.com), and found a significant increase (p < 0.05) of SRSF9 (SRp30c) expression in tumour tissues over the expression in corresponding normal tissues in 156 of 360 studies.
