In order to further confirm whether NF-κB signaling is involved in the regulation of osteoclastogenesis-associated genes in PCa cells, we activated NF-κB signaling in LNCaP cells by infecting with IKK2-EE retroviral vector, in which NF-κB activity was activated with a constitutively active mutants of IKK2 [32], [33]. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and posterior cortical atrophy.
