CYP2C9 and colorectal carcinoma: Overall, the variant genotypes of the CYP2C9 *3 were not associated with CRC risk when compared with the wild-type *1 homozygote (*3 heterozygous: OR = 1.00, 95% CI = 0.86–1.17, P = 0.99; *3 homozygous: OR = 0.87, 95% CI = 0.43–1.74, P = 0.69).
