The anti-CD30 antibody-drug conjugate Brentuximab vedotin was FDA-approved in 2011 for the treatment of adult patients with Hodgkin lymphoma after failure of autologous stem cell transplantation or after failure of at least two prior multi-agent chemotherapy regimens in patients who are not candidates for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (Younes et al., 2010, 2012b). Here, TNFRSF8 is linked to Hodgkins lymphoma.
