The frequencies of Ki67 expressing PD1+ p11CM+ CD8 T cells in PBMC, lymph node and the rectal biopsy samples was very high (72.3±11.9 %, 68.5 ±10.2 and 52.7 ± 11.6, respectively) during acute infection and then decreased over time post infection. This evidence concerns the gene MKI67 and infection.
