Given the increasing evidence that microRNA participate in the pathogenesis of malignancies, inflammatory bowel disease, cardiomyopathies, and lung diseases including asthma, pulmonary hypertension and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis [14], [15], [16], [17], [18], we explored whether dysregulated miRNA expression is associated with mTORC1 activity in LAM and TSC.
