Paraffin-embedded endometrial tissues from uninfected women and women with extantendometrial Chlamydia infection (but no other identified genitaltract infection) were stained with polyclonal antibodies detecting GATA-3 or T-bet(both Abcam) and/or a monoclonal antibody detecting CD4 (Dako). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and chlamydia infectious disease.
