Cancer-related genes such as Nek11, A4gnt, Srp9, Gli2, Gucy2c, Lsm1, Duoxa1, Lasp1, Ret, Bex2, Vav3, Kcnrg, Tle6, Rab23, Dcc, Rassf2, Perp, Pdgfr1, Lin28, Gstm1, Safb2, Tmem46, and Hdac9 were remarkably overrepresented in time-course clusters identified by the MNI analysis in the epididymal and subcutaneous fat tissues and gastrocnemius muscle of mice with diet-induced obesity (Figs. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8). The gene discussed is SHISA2; the disease is obesity disorder.
