In the current investigation, we utilized immunohistochemical methods to detect the expression of CEA, p53, Ki-67 and GST-π proteins in colorectal carcinoma tissues, and further examined the expression of these proteins for their correlation with several clinico-histopathological parameters, including gender, age, tumor size, degree of tumor differentiation, Dukes stages, lymph node metastasis and patients' prognosis. Here, TP53 is linked to neoplasm.
