The most common biochemical abnormalities occurring at any time after start of study treatment, whether or not they were reported as an adverse event or related to study drug, were alkaline phosphatase (ALP) elevation and hypoalbuminemia (93 % each), AST elevation (87 %), and ALT elevation, hypophosphatemia, and proteinuria (80 % each).
