To investigate the role of G0S2 in retinoid-dependent pathways, myc-tagged G0S2 was transiently transfected into NB4 APL cells along with the respective luciferase reporter constructs of the individual retinoid-regulated species: RARβ, UBE1L or G0S2 itself. The gene discussed is MYC; the disease is acute promyelocytic leukemia.
