CAPZA1-OE showed a significantly higher rate of T1- and T2-stage cancer (62.1 vs. 14.4%) than CAPZA1-UE (40.3 vs. 7.8%), and a lower rate of T3- and T4-stage cancer (41.9 vs. 15.9% and 10.1 vs. 7.7%, respectively) (p<0.01). The gene discussed is CAPZA1; the disease is cancer.
