CXCL9 and Miyoshi myopathy: Patients with MM exhibited a shift toward an anti-inflammatory and pro-tumorigenic phenotype marked by a significant decrease in the expression of 2 out of 3 pro-inflammatory cytokines (IFNγ and MIG) (Figure 3A) and a significant elevation in the expression of 5 out of 7 anti-inflammatory cytokines (sIL-2R, IL-4, IL-10, eotaxin, MCP-1) (Figure 3B).
