When we combined the data with our findings in hyperglycemia (Gejl et al., 2012a), we found that the maximum phosphorylation velocity Vmax increased significantly in several regions with GLP-1 (Figures 3A,B), including GM as a whole (P = 0.03), cortex (P = 0.02), thalamus (P = 0.005), and cerebellum (P = 0.02).
