In stage IIIC ovarian cancer, improved overall survival was associated with higher mRNA levels of IL8, MIF, MPZL2, PIGR, RSAD2, SERPINA5 and TFF3, but lower levels of CCL28, CXCL12, EDNRB, GFRA1, GREM1, JAM2, LOX, MAL, PTGER4, TNFAIP6 and TNFSF4 (Figure 6A). The gene discussed is JAM2; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
