We found that 5,7-dihydroxyflavone inhibited HepG2 tumor growth and strengthened HepG2 tumor growth inhibition induced by TRAIL (P < 0.05) (Figures 9(a), 9(b), and 9(d)), demonstrating an enhanced inhibitory effect of 5,7-dihydroxyflavone/TRAIL combination treatment on the in vivo model of hepatocarcinoma. This evidence concerns the gene TNFSF10 and neoplasm.
