Acute myocardial infarction was associated with a significantly higher cTnI positive rate than acute myocardial ischemia and cardiac arrhythmia at 30 min (60.0% vs. 3.7% and 0%), 48 h (90.0% vs. 3.7% and 0%), and 72 h (90.0% vs. 0% and 0%) after the surgery. This evidence concerns the gene TNNI3 and cardiac rhythm disease.
