Here we have shown that despite that PKCδ expression is diminished in malignant in comparison with non-malignant cells, PKCδ selectively co-immunoprecipitates with the tumor suppressor APC, both with wild-type expressed in normal and in RKO cancer cells, as well as with truncated versions of APC expressed in HT-29 and SW480 malignant cells.
