TFPI2 and neoplasm: In the TFPI-2-positive breast cancer patients, we found that lowered expression of TFPI-2 seemed to be associated with advanced progress of breast cancer like larger tumor size, skin involvement, positive lymph nodes, later clinical stage, presence of vessel invasion, poorer histologic grade etc. Further survival analysis indicates that patients with high TFPI-2 expression have longer DFS compared to the others with low or negative expression.
