The expression of five prostate cancer related proteins (AR, HSP27, CLU, GRP78, and c-FLIP) increased in ls-LNCaP compared with es-LNCaP (AR, 157%; HSP27, 132%; CLU, 146%; GRP78, 138; and c-FLIP, 152%; Figure 3). The gene discussed is CFLAR; the disease is prostate carcinoma.
