BCL7B was found to be directly involved in a three-way gene translocation together with Myc and IgH in a Burkitt lymphoma cell line, and the disruption of the N-terminal region of BCL7B was thought to be related to the pathogenesis of a subset of high-grade B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma [29]. The gene discussed is BCL7B; the disease is Burkitt lymphoma.
